I was involved in an incident the other driver side swiped my car on the driver's side and ran away. It was very stressful to have to deal with such a case.
CAA directed me to this shop to have my car fixed. Pam in the store was very helpful in the process, the turn around time for the repair was short and as promised, the repair was done nicely.

Very happy with the quality of work performed on my parents' older Honda CR-V. Price was fair and turnaround time was impressive. They even fixed up some wheel well rust for us. They did a good job on the paint but they ended up cleaning the interior of my car with dirty rags and chemicals which ended up ruining the interior of my car. I never even asked them to clean it. Now I have to get my car detailed to clean up the mess they made. Their hours are terrible too if you work a normal work schedule. They are not open after 5 or on Saturdays. Very stressful experience. Never again.

My car was hit while parked in the lot at a grocery store. I went through the whole rigmarole with insurance, police etc. The Procolor staff were excellent. I was driven to the car rental office to get the loaner, which had been pre-arranged. They also took care of returning it after I picked my car, which was repaired perfectly! Looks great - thanks Jose and all the Procolor staff! Great work!
