They did a good job on the paint but they ended up cleaning the interior of my car with dirty rags and chemicals which ended up ruining the interior of my car. I never even asked them to clean it. Now I have to get my car detailed to clean up the mess they made. Their hours are terrible too if you work a normal work schedule. They are not open after 5 or on Saturdays. Very stressful experience. Never again.
My car was hit while parked in the lot at a grocery store. I went through the whole rigmarole with insurance, police etc. The Procolor staff were excellent. I was driven to the car rental office to get the loaner, which had been pre-arranged. They also took care of returning it after I picked my car, which was repaired perfectly!
